Customer Appreciation Days

There will be two FREE customer appreciation days, one for cars and one for motorcycles.

The MOTORCYCLES Customer Appreciation Day will be December 26th.  Click HERE to register.

The CARS Customer Appreciation Day will be December 27th.  Click HERE to register.

Registration for both days will open at noon on Christmas Day.

In order to be eligible to register you must meet the following criteria:

1. You were a participant during a High Plains Raceway Open Lapping Day in 2025, OR
2. You were a 2025 member of one of the CAMA owner clubs (listed HERE) AND you participated in an HPR Open Lapping Day in 2024.

If you meet criteria number #1, the system will allow you to register.

If you meet criteria number #2 but NOT criteria #1, please email trackmanager@highplainsraceway.com with proof of 2025 membership in order to have your status changed to allow you to register.  You must have been a member prior to November 1, 2025, joining a club NOW makes you eligible for next year’s event.

This participation criteria is specific to HPR Open Lapping Days ONLY.  Participation in an event hosted by anyone else (even member clubs) doesn’t apply simply because we don’t have access to their records and can’t confirm who attended.

If you do not meet the participation criteria, you are not eligible to participate.  Those not eligible may not pay to participate.

EACH DAY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100 REGISTRANTS

There will not be a wait list.  If the event has sold out and people cancel, spots will become available again so keep checking back.

IF YOU REGISTER AND CANNOT ATTEND, YOU MUST CANCEL THROUGH MSR PRIOR TO THE GATES OPENING.  IF YOU “NO SHOW” (and thereby prevent someone else from participating) YOUR MSR ACCOUNT WILL BE BILLED $159 FOR THE DAY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THAT FEE BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN FUTURE LAPPING EVENTS.

In anticipation of high demand for attendance at this years Customer Appreciation Days and a desire to avoid a madhouse when registration opens please check your eligibility ahead of time.   To check your eligibility, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account at http://MotorsportReg.com
2. Click on “My Account” in the upper left corner
3. Scroll down to “Organizations”
4. Click on “High Plains Raceway” (NOT the Merchandise or RV/Carport options if they are there) and you will see the following screen:
   
5. If the box has a checkmark in it, you are eligible and will be able to register
6. If the box does NOT have a checkmark in it, you are not currently eligible to participate.  If this is the case and you believe it is in error, email trackmanager@highplainsraceway.com
