High Plains Raceway is a great place to work!  Lots of fresh air, the pace is fast and no two days are ever the same!

We generally hire for two positions – Front Gate Staff and Corner Worker.

The Front Gate Staff are responsible for making sure that everyone who enters the facility has signed the appropriate waiver and providing general information.  Front Gate Staff typically work shifts that are 8-12 hours long.

Corner Workers are responsible for making sure that all of our events run safely and smoothly.  A Corner Worker sits in one of the protected bunkers around the track and watches the action up close, using lights and flags to notify participants of hazards on the track and using a two-way radio to relay information to event officials.

We are open from January 1 through Thanksgiving.  However, the “busy” season runs from April through October.  During that season we work mostly on Thursday nights (4pm until 10pm) and Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday (7am until 6pm).
