To reserve an RV or Carport space at HPR, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Read the Policies and Prices for RV/Carport spaces.

Step 2: If you skipped Step 1 thinking it's just a bunch of legal garbage, please go back and read the Policies and Prices, there's good information in there. Then, check to see what spaces are available. To do this, open the RV Calendar, scroll to the event that you want to attend, and click on that event. A window will open up that shows which spaces are reserved, and which are available - highlighted spaces are available. Please bear in mind that this calendar is updated manually every couple days and if two or more people reserve the same space between updates then the spaces will be assigned in the order the reservations were placed and your reservation may be bumped to the next available space.

  • The RV Calendar also tells you which nights allow overnight access to the paddock area. For instance, if it says:
    Thurs=NO
    Fri=YES
    Sat=YES
    Sun=NO
    Then that means you will be able to stay overnight in the paddock On Friday and Saturday nights, but not on Thursday night or Sunday night.

  • To see how the spaces are laid out in the paddock, please see the Paddock Map.
Step 3: After you have determined that there are spaces available and which one you would like, please use the forms below to reserve and pay for your space(s). Please be sure to enter the space information in the format requested - club name, weekend number, carport number (i.e. RMVR, #20, Carport 12). Please do not include any additional information.

Step 4: Check your email for your receipt from PayPal, this is your payment confirmation. Prior to arriving at the track, go back to the RV Calendar and confirm which space you were assigned.

Please do not signup/pay for an RV or Carport online after noon of the Thursday prior to the event. After noon on Thursday any unreserved spots are available first come, first serve, at the track. Reservations made online after noon on Thursday will not be honored in the event that that same spot has been sold to someone else at the track.
